Invoicing tips for small businesses
- Give every invoice a unique number and a date. Your client and your accountant will both need them.
- Describe each line in plain words, with a quantity and a price. Vague lines get questioned.
- Write the due date and how to pay (bank transfer, PayPal) on the invoice itself.
