Cleaning Services Invoice Template
Regular cleaning clients don't want surprises. They want to open the invoice and see four weekly visits, the one-off deep clean they asked for before the in-laws arrived, and the supplies, each on its own line.
Home or office, the setup is the same. Enter your services, note the billing period, and export a tidy PDF.
Tip: in the print dialog choose “Save as PDF”.

Invoicing tips for cleaning servicess
- For recurring clients, write the billing period on the invoice (e.g. “4 weekly visits, May 2026”). Nobody should have to count calendar squares to check it.
- Bill add-ons like inside-the-oven or window cleaning as separate lines. Fold them into the base rate and clients start expecting them for free.
- If you give a small discount for prepaid monthly plans, show it as its own line so the saving is right there on the page.
Frequently asked questions
- How do cleaning companies invoice recurring clients?
- One invoice per billing period (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly), with the number of visits as the quantity and your per-visit rate as the price.
- Should supplies be included in the cleaning rate?
- Your call. Plenty of cleaners roll basic supplies into the rate and charge separately for specialty products.
