Refund & Cancellation Policy

The free invoice generator costs nothing, so this page is about the paid plans (Pro and Business).

Cancel any time

You can cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves back to the free plan. Your saved invoices stay put.

Changed your mind before the period ends? Hit Keep my plan on the same page and nothing changes.

Refunds

Subscription fees are paid in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where the law or our payment partner's policy says otherwise. That matches our Terms of Service.

That said, mistakes happen. If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, or charged twice, email support@invoicewand.com within 7 days of the charge with the email on your account. We'll look at every request and reply within one business day.

Who processes your payment

Payments are handled by a third-party Merchant of Record. They are the seller of record for your purchase, and they send your receipts and handle any approved refund back to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Plan changes

Switching between Pro and Business is done from Settings → Billing. You'll see any price difference on the confirmation page before anything is charged.
