Is the invoice generator really free?
Yes. Make as many invoices as you want, preview them, and download the PDFs without paying or signing up. There's no watermark on the free tool either.
Do I need to sign up?
No. The generator and every template work without an account. You only need one to save invoices, reuse client details, or use the AI.
How does the AI invoicing work?
You describe the job in a sentence, like “10 hours of design at $65, net 30,” and it turns that into line items. Check them over and edit anything before you download.
How do I download my invoice as a PDF?
Click “Download PDF,” then pick “Save as PDF” in your browser's print dialog. The layout fits on one page, so it prints cleanly too.
Can I add tax or VAT?
Yes. Type in any tax rate, or open a country template and the currency and tax (VAT, GST, or sales tax) are already set for you.
Is my data private?
Free invoices are built in your browser and stay on your device unless you save them to an account. One thing to keep in mind: this is an invoicing tool, not tax or legal advice.
